Obtaining membership with AFOC

Although Oral cancer is much prevalent in south Asia, overall treatment and management of patients suffering from oral cancer, unfortunately, have been overlooked. We intend to increase the numbers of supportive medical specialists in Asian countries by providing training and technical support while improving the standards of medical treatment. Our final objective is to improve not only treatment but also to increase the quality of life of oral cancer patients through rehabilitation and reconstruction. In addition, we would also like to reduce incidence of oral cancer that has reached to alarming levels in this region, by promoting cancer preventive activities.
